Terms of Service
Services governed by written project contracts. Quotes valid 45 days. Prices in NOK plus 25% MVA unless stated.
Payment: 35% deposit on signing, 35% at manufacture start, 30% on completion.
Cancellation: Deposit non-refundable once custom manufacturing begins. Either party may terminate with 21 days notice; work completed remains payable.
Intellectual property: Designs remain our property until final payment; client receives project licence upon full settlement.
Liability: Limited to contract value. Professional indemnity insurance maintained.
Governing law: Norwegian law. Oslo tingrett jurisdiction.
